Dean Denhart has extensive technology leadership expertise in telecom, media and technology-related industries across large, medium and start-up companies. Denhart has been directly involved in the acquisition and operation integration of over 18 technology companies with expertise in off-shore, joint ventures and partnerships. As CEO of BlackArrow, Denhart is responsible for all business operations, technology development, financial management, business development and governance of BlackArrow. Previously, Denhart oversaw the strategic development of product and technology at Knight Ridder Digital. Denhart was also CIO and executive vice president of product and technology for HomeStore, an online real estate marketing company. Prior, he served as vice president of AirTouch Communications’ software systems group, held a vice president of network systems role during a 17-year tenure with SBC Communications/Pacific Bell, was CIO of Telecel (a wireless company) in Portugal and was an integral research and development executive at Bell Communications Research.
Nick Troiano

As president, Nick Troiano oversees all go-to-market activities for BlackArrow, and is responsible for building the company’s advanced advertising business for networks and content distributors. Previously, Troiano was vice president of business development within the U.S. Partnership Group at Yahoo!, where he led a business development team responsible for cross-platform technology and ad sales partnerships with major media customers. Before Yahoo!, Troiano was senior vice president of sales and business development for Maven Networks (acquired by Yahoo! in Feb. 2008). Prior, Troiano served as executive vice president of business development at ClearStory Systems, where he oversaw product marketing and strategy. Previously, Troiano was CEO of WebWare Corporation, and a principal at SCP Private Equity Partners, where he led investments in media and communications. Troiano earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Davidson College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Tracy Martin

Tracy Martin is an accomplished financial executive, with over 20 years of experience in both public and private company financial management. As chief financial officer of BlackArrow, Martin has fiduciary purview over the company’s business and operations. Prior to joining BlackArrow, Martin served as vice president of operations, finance at Yahoo! Inc., where he provided operational guidance and financial leadership for the Yahoo! HotJobs business unit. Previously, he was senior vice president, operations and chief financial officer at Knight Ridder Digital where he had responsibility for the company’s 31 websites, in addition to management of all financial functions of the company’s online operations. Before Knight Ridder Digital, Martin was chief financial officer for Red Herring Communications and corporate controller for NeoMagic Corporation. Martin also held various senior finance positions at Apple Computer and was a senior auditor at Price Waterhouse.
Chris Hock

Chris Hock is an experienced technology professional in the field of multiplatform media distribution. Previously group product manager for the Dynamic Media Organization at Adobe Systems, Hock managed the Flash video delivery business and led the creation and launch of various media-delivery related products and services including Flash Media Server, Flash Media Encoder and the Flash Video Streaming Service. Hock joined Adobe in 2005 through the acquisition of Macromedia. Prior to his work with Macromedia, Hock co-founded RedSpark, Inc., an Autodesk venture that developed hosted enterprise collaboration solutions. He also spent eight years with Autodesk in senior product management and sales engineer roles. Hock was named one of the “Top 40 IPTV Movers and Shakers of 2007″ by DailyIPTV and one of 25 “2008 Streaming Media All-Stars” by Streaming Media Magazine, and is a frequent public speaker at industry conferences.

Keith Kryszczun is responsible for driving customer adoption of BlackArrow’s leading multiplatform advanced advertising solutions. Kryszczun has a broad background in selling enterprise and software-as-a-service technology solutions to tier-one media companies, high-growth technology companies and Fortune 500 organizations. Previously, Kryszczun was director of business development for Maven Networks (a wholly owned subsidiary of Yahoo! Inc.) where he led a global sales team focused on developing video platform relationships with large media companies and content owners. Prior to Maven, Kryszczun was a technology sales manager at Oracle Corporation where he was responsible for sales of the company’s enterprise technology suite into a high-growth, emerging markets territory. Kryszczun held sales and operations management positions with Opsware Inc. (formerly “Loudcloud”), a start-up that pioneered the data center automation market and was acquired by Hewlett-Packard in 2007, and SBC Communications, where he was responsible for selling networking products and services to Fortune 1000 companies.

Steve Libbey is a 15-year cable industry veteran with extensive experience selling technically complex and strategic IP-based infrastructure solutions. Previously, Libbey was vp, sales at Cartiza Networks – a WiMax wireless infrastructure company. Prior, Libbey was regional vp at Cedar Point, where he helped manage a customer-facing team and drive sales of the Safari VoIP voice-switching platform to U.S. MSOs. Libbey was also vp, sales at ADC Broadband and account director at Commerce.TV, where he was one of the pioneers in interactive TV technology. Libbey began his communications career at Motorola in 1985, where he assumed increasing responsibilities before being named account director for the company’s Broadband Communications Sector in 1987.

Kelly Ryan is an established television and convergence professional. At BlackArrow. Ryan is chartered with building and managing relationships with content providers. Prior, she was director, business development at Fox Entertainment Group, where she managed the company’s international joint venture with WebMD, a $100 million convergence proposition encompassing broadcast television, Internet and convergence ventures. At Fox, Ryan had purview over investment and new business initiatives in both the traditional and new media sectors, such as News Corp.’s $5.2 billion sale of Fox Kids to Disney, where she led the Fox due diligence process for Europe and Latin America. Ryan was also director, business development at Showtime/Viacom and Fox/News Corp. where she developed initiatives to create and operate new television channels and media ventures.
David Stengle

David Stengle is responsible for building and fostering relationships with BlackArrow’s distribution partners. Stengle joined BlackArrow from Lenfest Media, where he led advanced advertising initiatives as senior vice president of strategy and planning. While at Lenfest, he served as CEO of StarNet LP and led the turnaround of a portfolio of companies, including Media DVX, an electronic advertising distribution company (later sold to DG Systems); StarNet, a cable operator advertiser systems integrator (later sold to OpenTV); MCN, a regional infomercial network; and Prime Image, a local television advertising production company. Previously, Stengle was managing director and CTO at Katalyst LLC, a provider of management consulting and funding to early-stage companies. Stengle’s technology career began on Wall Street, where he focused on leading-edge solutions for large-scale financial and transactional systems.
